Follow tailored Behavior plan designed by a BCBA
Work in a variety of settings: center, in-home, schools and comunity settings.

Requirements
Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
English and Spanish.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related populations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships.
Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and ensuring the well-being of individuals served.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, valuing open communication and mutual support.

Responsibilities
Implement behavior support plans and interventions developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Analyst (BCaBA)
Utilize person-centered approaches and evidence-based strategies to teach and reinforce essential life skills.
Collect accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition to facilitate data-based decision-making.
Collaborate with the BCBA or other supervisors to develop and modify behavior support plans as needed.
Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families, promoting a collaborative and empowering environment.
Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of service provided.
